Iranian bragging, just hot desert air?

Reports have the Iranians bragging about their cyber attack capabilities -- the first time I've heard DDOS and viruses being referred to in bragging terms in a very long time.  Besides how better to drive a paranoid opponent up a wall?  If the Iranians do anything that gives me pause it's that they are marching up the learning curve at warp speed.  Someday they will be a lethal threat, hopefully that day is a long way away and we wil be ready for them -- but that, I doubt.
